Using V3mail is easy. Use V3mail as you would any other email program.
fig 1 V3mail PRO Main window
Enter the message recipients email address in the To: field by clicking where it reads "<click here to enter recipients>" or by clicking the To: button on the left in the dark grey rectangle. Hit the TAB key to move to the next recipient fields. Any email recipient on the Cc: "carbon copy" field will receive the email message & be listed as a recipient in the email message. Any email recipient on the Bcc: "blind carbon copy" field will receive the email message but will NOT be listed as a recipient of the email message. This is convenient for sending yourself a copy of the email message without your recipients' knowledge.
2. Subject field
Enter the message subject in the Subject: field by clicking where it reads "<click here to enter the subject>" or by clicking on the Subject: button on the left in the dark grey rectangle. The subject text will also appear as the title of the email message.
You can type your message in plain text or you can change the style, size, color, and font of the text by selecting the item from the drop down menus directly above the message area. By changing the style, size, color or font of any part of the text means that your message will be sent as a HTML 1.0 complient message (*NOTE: some very old email readers may not be able to display the message correctly, but for the most users running Windows it's okay).
You can also use the message text through the Edit menu items. Use Undo (Ctrl-Z) to reverse your last keystroke. Use Cut (Ctrl-X), Copy (Ctrl-C) & Paste (Ctrl-V) on highlighted text to manipulate large sections.
You can also drag & drop files onto the program to add file attachments quickly. They will appear as icons on the bottom or the program. By right-clicking in the bottom attachment window you can either open the file, save a copy of the file, add another file, or remove the selected attachment.
